Mr. Girish is veteran Banker with more than 24 years of Banking experience, he worked with Major Private Banks, NBFCs and HFCs in India. He worked in North, East and Southern part of the country as a Banker. Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, he served one of country’s leading HFC in the capacity of Divisional Head for Real Estate funding. He is one of the most respected Banker in South India with more than 16 years of experience, he is known not only for fine knowledge of banking but as a solution-oriented banker who guided many developers to become main league developer in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.

Mr. Abhishek Chandrashekar began his career in the financial services sector, gaining extensive experience in funding frameworks, capital structuring, and advisory solutions. Working closely with businesses across industries, he developed a strong understanding of the challenges associated with growth and expansion. This early exposure enabled him to build a sharp perspective on risk assessment, strategic planning, and the role of capital in driving business success.

Muhammed Favas U K is a dynamic young professional with experience banking and real estate finance. He began his career in the supply chain domain, gaining early exposure to operational and business processes, before transitioning into business management roles. He later moved into the financial services sector, where he developed strong expertise in developer finance and structured finance while working with leading NBFCs. His experience includes evaluating real estate projects, understanding lender requirements, and structuring funding solutions.
